Following the recent Government guidance to introduce flexible working and encourage working from home where possible, we have been relocating our teams to achieve this where we can.

Colleagues working from home will be accessible, primarily through email but also via telephone; please continue to use the usual contact details. It may take a little longer than normal to get back to you, especially whilst we settle in, but we will strive to minimise the impact on the service provided during these unprecedented times.

Some offices will retain daily skeleton cover, but with strict policies in place to ensure that we maximise social isolation to reduce the risk to the wider community.  This may alter should a member of our team’s personal circumstances change or the messaging from the Government changes to stop anyone going to the work place.

As the Government guidance is updated, we will continue to update you on the operations of the business but it is our intention to continue to work as normal as we can for you throughout this period.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
